I don't see anything obvious in the log. Here's a list of things that helped people with such an issue. Start from the top and check if DCS is healed after each step, please.

Since your W10 is up to date, I bet GPU Scheduling is to blame.

Small changes:

Set GPU Scheduling off in Windows 10.

Go to "C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta", and empty both "fxo" and "metashaders2" folders.

Empty "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache" folder.

Open your antivirus settings and add exceptions for these two folders: "C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\" and "D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta".

Changes in your graphics and power configuration:

Ensure V-Sync is disabled is the game graphics options (if you want V-Sync, change your graphics driver settings, see below).

Go in the NVIDIA graphics settings:

  • Activate "Fast sync" (only if you want V-Sync).
  • Ensure Frame rate limiter is disabled.
  • Power Management Mode = Maximum performance
  • MFAA off
  • FXAA off
  • AA transparency off
  • AA gamma correction off

In Windows power management setings, select High Performance.

At this point, if you're still having stutters, you need bigger changes:

Disable NVIDIA Share, disable Windows Game Bar DVR.

Close OneDrive.

If you have a Ryzen CPU: enable Precision Boost Overdrive in BIOS (400/500 series).

Disable SMT in BIOS.

Still no joy?? Then you have probably stored your pagefile, your system temp folder or your game files on a slow disk (HDD, NAS...). Use Windows Resource Manager to find which files DCS is having a hard time to reach.

And if you have no time to tweak your rig becasue you really want to play now, try lowering Preload Radius in the DCS graphics settings.
