F16FLCS-SME Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 I can't make those controls to do anything. The friction wheel does not move at all. The time it takes to move the throttle from IDLE to MAX AB with the keyboard, is not affected. So, is it a WIP or bug?
Frederf Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 I assume the intention is for the control to be animated if nothing else. Using the adjustment to affect keyboard input sensitivity for throttle is a clever idea.
F16FLCS-SME Posted November 26, 2020 Author Posted November 26, 2020 What do you mean [CORRECT AS IS] ? How do I use it? The DCS manual has nothing about that.
F16FLCS-SME Posted November 26, 2020 Author Posted November 26, 2020 Like your idea tho about using it to set how fast the keyboard will move the throttle, that's a pretty creative thought! Thanks man but from the second I noticed the wheel is not animated I thought thats how the coders probably coded it. I'm a coder myself so I always think like that. Correct me if I'm wrong but to be used as an analog axis to a physical throttle, those commands needs to be under "Axis Commands", not the "Throttle Quadrant".
Sacarino111 Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 I think it's more like eye candy, not a feature really functional, but it's cool... Saludos, Saca111
