[FIXED INTERNALLY]Nevada airfields taxi sign texture error

No matter Nellis or North Vegas or anywhere, once it's at night, the board texture become purple. It's been a very old bug but still not fixed till today. It ruins immersions

100% reproducible. The "B ->" sign is displayed with a violet background, instead of yellow.
