So, I used the Throttle Warthog Calibration (V1.07), I followed the instructions and now the axis of bot throttles are completely screwed up.

Only the last 2cm of travel are recongized. I tried to re-calibrate multiple times but nothing.

Also this f***** calibration program is impossible to find, I had it on my disk but maybe it's not the lastest version

Please help me, I tried everythign and looked everywhere, I can't find a way.

Thanks

P.S. it doesn't help at all that all links to posts and calibration files are now broken due to the new forum system!

Go to your game controller settings in Win 10 for the Warthog Throttle.

Right click and select game controller settings.

Select Warthog Throttle and choose properties.

Go to settings tab.

Choose "Reset to Default" and click apply.

Thanks, that didn't work. However I solved the problem by downloading the calibration tool from a different source, and it worked... I'm puzzled as to why TM doesn't have the calibration tool download on their website..

bkthunder (or anyone) - I'm having the exact same issue, but can't get it fixed.  I've tried reinstalling firmware, drivers, different USB ports, etc, etc.  It all started when I downloaded and ran a Thrustmaster Warthog calibration tool.  Now I can't get my throttle to work like before.  The latest calibration tool I've been able to find is version 1.07.  I'm not sure if that's the latest version or not (because I can't find ANY version of the calibration tool on Thrustmaster's website).  I contacted Thrustmaster via their website's technical service option, and they replied via email that they'd get back to me soon.  That was four days ago, and still nothing.  So - does anyone have a later (or different) calibration tool that might help me out?  I'm about one step away from completely reinstalling Windows if I have to - and I REALLY don't want to do that.

why not just use the calibration tool available through the windows game controllers dialog? where dburne mentioned resetting to default. it's just an axis on a game controller.. nothing about calibrating it needs to be specific to thrustmaster. thrustmaster may/likely doesn't have it available for download because it'd be redundant with what's already available in windows. where are you downloading it from?

Guys, I went back to this topic and reconstructed what did the trick:

  • Calibration tool 1.07 is what I used (out of date or not, I don't know, but it worked), however, the tool I downloaded was missing a file called "A10_calibration.txt"
  • No idea how I got to it, but somehow I managed to make / find such file.

1. VERY IMPORTANT: extract the tool to a folder and make sure in the .rar file there is a file called A10_calibration.txt, if not, here is the file. Save it in the same folder as the calibration tool.

2. Run the tool and follow the instructions

Basically, the file A10_calibration.txt is telling the tool where the axis centers are. Without it, it completely screws up the calibration and there is no way to fix it in windows, because I believe the calibration is saved in the memory of the throttle itself!

Hope this helps!

I can't wait to try this! Thanks for the help... What's scary is - if what you're saying is the case, then a complete reinstallation of Windows wouldn't even have fixed the issue! Yikes! I will try this and update the thread later. 🤞🙈🙉🙊

WAHOOOO! THANKS, THAT DID THE TRICK!  You saved me a ton of work for nothing (reinstalling Windows).  I can't tell you how much I appreciate it - especially the details you put in your post; it was the details - and the file - that made the difference.  Thanks again, I'm back in business. 🙌

Glad you fixed it! I was panicking as well when it happened, I thought I had bricked the throttle! 🥵

Same problem here, but i already have the v1.07 w/ the a10_calibration.txt, in the same folder, and still not working. If I try clearing the thrust and then re-binding it to throttle it does not recognize it. I've tried uninstalling the drivers for throttle to no avail.
