Can't access Steam VR Dash Overlay ?

For some reason I can no longer pull up the Steam VR Dash Overlay in Steam VR

Supposed to be left trigger I believe, but does not work - tried all buttons on controllers.

I even navigated to the executable in Steam VR folders and tried launching it from there with no luck.

Uninstalled and re-installed Steam VR with still no luck.

Running Reverb G2 , WMR for Steam VR Beta, and Steam VR.

 

Any ideas?

On the G2, it is the button to the right of the Windows one on the right controller.  Changed from the G1.
