request dcs:settings failed with error 60: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK

I am playing DCS in steam, I got an authorization failed error after several actions:

- Trail FC3, and removed the DLC for now

- Trail F/A-18C, it's ok to begin the game

- Purchase F/A-18C DLC

- Upgrade to 2.5.6

- Black screen while startup and message me "authorization failed 503"

 

My PC:

- China user

- Windows 10 2004

- I5-9400F, 16G memory, RTX 2060

- No antivirus software

 

Not work for me:

- Verify the game file by steam

- Change time zone (https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/255705-openbeta-25659398-failed-to-get-authorization-data-error-code-is-500-no-saved-authorization-found/page/2/?tab=comments#comment-4511569 not work for me)

- Change date

- Close firewall and antivirus software 

- Allow 80, 443 port through firewall

- With or without VPN (I can connect google)

- Set DNS to 8.8.8.8

- Remove all DLC or reinstall the whole game

- Try openbeta version

- Rename "Saved Games\DCS" to "Saved Games\DCS_backup"

- I reinstalled version 1.5.6, I can entry the game normally but F/A-18C DLC not available

Ensure windows date and time are correct, check firewall / antivirus is not blocking the connection
