Having trouble trying to zoom in on a target

 

In F-16 Viper

How do you zoom in on a target with the TGP, once the wide field of view setting is selected, on MFD when using Mav’s

Only using a keyboard for this action at moment, wondering if it would be possible to use mouse scroll wheel for this action.

You can map it to an axis in the F 16, I have it on a rotary on my throttle.

The TGP has two zoom controls: A toggleable optical lens zoom switches between wide and narrow field of view (FOV) using the pinky button on the stick, and a variable digital zoom is controlled by the Manual Range rotary axis on the throttle.

just to understand correctly, in the "controls" menu, how it is named and where i find this "variable digital zoom" that you control with the Manual Rotary axis on the throttle ?

I have a Warthog Hotas setup and I would like to add it to the controls that I have mapped.

pretty sure it's labeled as "MAN RNG Knob" in the Axis bindings.
