I stayed up to 2am and managed to order one so it wasn't an issue with their site.

Not sure what you were ordering but I imagine it doesn't matter - it is applicable across the product line.

The site will show when they are going to re-stock via a date. I live in Canada so I knew time zones would be a big factor so I looked up the difference between me and Chengdu China. Then I figured what the times of their work day and what time range that put me in. Then when I checked I saw that they had not updated the site to show available stock or a new, later, re-stock date. So far so good. I knew it was near the end of a "normal"ish work day so I kept refreshing every 5 minutes or so. This was at 6 am my time EST in Canada. Then - Voila! Stock available for what I was looking for. The Combat Ready Panel and the Take Off Ready Panel. Both were available I added to my cart and completed my purchase. Took 5 minutes. When I refreshed their website afterwards I saw one of the two panels was out of stock with a restock date a week or 10 days down the road. Refreshing again about 2 minutes later showed both the panels out of stock. It was that fast. And at a crazy time. I was so lucky and I totally understand the frustration of trying to make a purchase where all you want to do is for them to take your money gladly and send you whatever gizmo it is you are after. 

I just wanted to share this as to show you are not alone, it can be frustrating trying to make the initial purchase. I have been there too! 

As an aside, they did not get me a tracking number ever, but they did arrive within 2-3 weeks which I thought was pretty good. And yes - I love them and am glad I made the purchase. I wish they made a hornet UFC I would be so all over that.

once the timer was to 0, the site became innaccessible for 45min... One hour later it was back online, and I could finally place my order for an Orion.

 

And nope, it was not on my end since I tried one 2 PC and 1 Ipad, and on 3 different connections (ADSL and 4G)

 

I purchased a combat ready panel 3 days ago, but I will have to wait for the take off panel.

 

All is well

Ah excellent news! Glad you managed to get one.

 

Just got shipping notice today so seems like they're quick off the ball with getting these sent out.

again.. less than optimal. I had a timer. A different one for both panels, with a 15min gap in between them. My friend in france had a different timer, about 45min longer with the same 15min gap..

 

at the end of my timer, nothing happened for 30min......  After the the whole site went 404 for about an hour..

 

After that, out of nowhere, product 1 (combat panel) was in stock for about 2min...

 

10min later, the take off panel was in stock.. for about 1 minute.. I managed to buy it.

 

 

My friend, who wanted both, put the combat panel in his cart as soon as it became in stock, and then waited for the take off panel. when it came in stock, he added it to the cart and went for the payement of both...

 

at which point the site told him the combat panel wasnt available anymore.....  so he could only purchase the take off panel...

 

frankly.. this way of doing this is really not optimal..

 

keep in mind, we had to stay up and do all of this at 4am....
