Enemy Within 3.0, Mission 3 TOT?

Mission 3 requires you to overfly a stadium at 1200 TOT, however the mission starts around 0720 and it doesn't require 4.5 hours to fly to the stadium.

 

The briefing says mission start is 1112.

 

Is this a bug?

The A10 clock switched from local time to Zulu time a few updates back, can't remember off the top of my head what the difference is for Caucuses is but you'll have to work out the difference and alter the TOT accordingly.

+4GMT I think. There is a feature within the CDU that can adjust all the times in the cockpit for you.

Either way, while it shows 0700, I when I assigned the TOT for 1200, if you look at the countdown to reaching the waypoint, the time remaining is consistent between checkpoints.

I would say either set the TOT as required and plan based on the countdown, or as mentioned above, figure out the process for changing the timezone so it is consistent (I don't know this process yet so cannot help there).  No matter what, it is not a 4+hr drive to the WP.  I thought the same myself at first.

in case anyone was wondering how you change the time. down on the CDU hit the SYS key. GPS. time. then add 4:00 to the lcl Adjust(local adjust) . that will bring your local time to 1112...ish.
