Train strafe IA Caucasus mission no longer working. No white smoke and no train!

Do you have civilian traffic turned on? I believe before 2.7 if you had civilian traffic on there was no train visible. Although, there was still white smoke.

Always worked OK for me in current 2.5.6 version with Civ Traffic on.  Doesn't work now in 2.7. As I said, no train, no smoke.

Reported long ago also for other maps and aircraft.

Still awaiting a fix for quite some time.

Yes, the train and smoke was there pre 2.7. I've just tried the same mission on the channel map and I'm getting the same thing - no smoke and no train.

Good morning Gentlemen, Thank you for your reports and could you please do me a favour and test the mission with "CIV TRAFFIC" off in your personal settings and confirm if this this resolves the train and smoke marker visibility issue? Many thanks.

OK, so I don't know what's going on.  This morning, I tried both the Caucasus and The Channel train strafe missions with and without Civ Traffic and all are working perfectly OK now.

 

Go figure!

Civilian traffic was turned off in my test.

Well that's some Twilight Zone stuff! It definitely wasn't working for me yesterday and I had civilian traffic off - I always have it turned off, but I've tried it both on Caucasus and the Channel map tonight and it's working!

It means long ago. I reported it and it was acknowledged as a bug. Vids the whole thing.

Thanks but I think you're missing my point.  I know it was reported a long time ago, but it was working OK long after that, and still works in the current stable release.

However, also, as can be seen from above posts, it is also working nicely in 2.7 now as well.
