Reverb G2 controller - no longer able to manipulate rotary dials & some switches since 2.7

I seem to (since the 2.7 update) have an issue whereby my controller for Reverb G2 cannot interact with the rotary switches. I used to be able to point at the rotary dial (e.g. the radio knob in the F-18 or the primer in the Spitfire) and then press the grip button and then move the thumbstick left or right to twist the dial.

However, since the 2.7 update it seems that controller behaviour is very erratic and I cannot use the controllers to manipulate the dials in this way, nor operate some of the switches (e.g. the l/r engine crank on the F-18).  I've enabled controllers in the control panel page and also tried disabling/enabling the mouse which doesn't improve the situation.

Can I somehow reset the G2 controller bindings or should I do this through SteamVR for WMR?

Many thanks for any help in advance,

Good to know. At least the missing lasers are now fixed in 2.7.0.5118. Without them my aim was really messy 😄

hi,

this is a known issue, we will have a fix in the next patch.

thank you

A later patch AFTER 2.7.0.5118?  I've tried the new version (2.7.0.5118) and the lasers are back but I still can't use the VR controller thumb sticks and buttons as I could back in 2.5.

When will the ability to use the trackpad on the VIVE controllers and joysticks on the Reverb G2 controllers be restored?
