Full virtual keyboard for use in VR.

As a mod like DCS scratchpad can have a keyboard, why not in DCS. Would make life a lot easier in VR.

Yes, but people in other threads keep saying voice attack. I think a virtual keyboard has its' merits. My wife needs to sleep early, I'm usually flying when she's in bed. So, no voice attack.

Voice attack does not cover everything and if it's nighttime it's a no go anyway here also, just like you.

I used to use this argument as well (though not because of your wife, but because of my daughter )

 

Just so you know, you can whisper and VA will still recognize you (it recognizes me perfectly when whispering, even though I'm not native English)

 

 

But I'm all for the OP's wish to make VR users life more easy. We shouldn't have to need 3rd party software for a great DCS VR experience

I can't make VA work correctly (and i'n not a native english speaker either but in general my english is pretty good... so they say...LOL).

Just to give you an idea:

 

I just ran a little test again, using VA to type as i speak:

The spoken word test gives different results in VA like: "Dist" or Artist (i never even pronounced the Ar) and if i'm lucky is spells "Test".

In that state VA is pretty useless for me and then i'm not whispering.
