Templar560 Posted May 11, 2021 Posted May 11, 2021 Hey, I'm having constant crashes. DCS loads in desktop version fine. In VR whenever I connect to my friend's server I get a Steam VR crash. I've checked the logs and DCS is also classed as crashing although I tried it just now and DCS was running fine in the background and it was just Steam VR. A guy on a G2 facebook page said apparently lots of people are experiencing this using the open beta version. Anyone else out there? I've always had a seriously stable system and DCS has always behaved itself!
andyn Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Do you have a WMR headset and reprojection on? Try disabling it.
Templar560 Posted May 12, 2021 Author Posted May 12, 2021 I do the G2. which has been nothing but a pain in my butt from the day it arrived. It does have reprojection on but it worked fine before with it.. thanks though I willl try turning it off.
Midair Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Make sure you are using the "Non-Beta" version of WMR and Steam VR. I use the G2 too and I have a lot of DCS crash since the 2.7.
