investigating CRS C-value on TGT

Hi all!

 

When designating a waypoint as TGT through WPDSG, if I set a course line with the CRS switch (let's say I want to align to a runway, for instance), the course line appears in the HSI but the "C-value" indicating the minimum distance to the radial does not appear in the bottom right corner (it does if I set a course on a waypoint or TACAN).

 

Is this working as intended (assuming maybe you shoud use an O/S) or not?
