Of course I'm looking through the translated (semi) and Russian versions of the flight manual and I can't believe the level of detail on the ABRIS. I can see myself having to dedicate alot of time to this system alone.

It will probably be a month before I'll even attempt to fire a shot....

just like the real pilots then

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

This is exactly the reason why I love Black Shark (and I haven't even played it yet) or any other sim with such a high level of realism. It's a joy reading through the manual, studying the aircraft and all its systems/functions.

In addition you also have the greatest and most dedicated community supporting the sim.

Yep I agree. I guess that why its so rewarding to get that metal on target because you know how much it took to even get to that point. Not like that point and click stuff. No joy in those types of kills.

Also, I think when you have to work at a sim like this, you are less likely to put your helo in a bad spot. It took you ten minutes to get the thing off the ground, I'm not flying straight into any threat rings once I get airborne.

Again, its an exciting time waiting for this sim to release.

I'm excited for this reason also guys. I've already concluded i'll be putting 20 hours maybe more) into flight training alone before I go into "combat"(not including "ground school). I want to know as much as possible before having to worry about target aquisition, weather effects on the KA-50, AAA, Sam's and fast movers.
