Phixer Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 (edited) Just upgraded to 2.7.2.8165 and now after repairing, the nose gear stays down (what a drag). There is a loud thump at the end of the repair process. The master caution horn goes off and has to be silenced. Once in the air, the nose gear does not retract and the nose gear safe light remains lit. Also, bombs won't automatically release via CCRP. I will attempt to attach a track later. Phixer Posted July 4, 2021 Author Posted July 4, 2021 It did not happen last night. I did not do anything different. I will reply if it happens again. Ryzen 5 3600XT, GigaByte RX5700XT, MSI MPG X570, 4x8G Corsair Vengeance 3200 RAM, ThrustMaster 16000M & TWCS
Phixer Posted July 10, 2021 Author Posted July 10, 2021 This issue has happened again. Anyone have any suggestions? Did I post this in the right forum? Ryzen 5 3600XT, GigaByte RX5700XT, MSI MPG X570, 4x8G Corsair Vengeance 3200 RAM, ThrustMaster 16000M & TWCS
randomTOTEN Posted July 10, 2021 Posted July 10, 2021 I tried watching your track, but the missile knocked you out and you crashed into the Black Sea. So I tried getting my landing gear shot on a QuickStart mission. I landed, repaired, took off again, and retracted the gear no problems. So maybe some issue with your technique? Can you take off normally (no repair) and retract the gear OK?
Phixer Posted July 10, 2021 Author Posted July 10, 2021 (edited) Thanks for the response. I actually didn't watch the track but I assure you, I did not take a missile hit or crash, only AA damage. Only happens if I take damage, land and repair. I can attempt a shorter track. I have heard the longer tracks get corrupted somehow. Edit: This track is a bit shorter and accurately shows the problem. snsixo Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 Did you get anywhere with this? It happens to me almost every time I repair the A-10A, and it's very annoying having to respawn all the time.
randomTOTEN Posted August 2, 2021 Posted August 2, 2021 Thanks for the 2nd track. Yeah it repeats when I view it too (and when I take control). Much better! (and you used Nevada.. very nice).
