Love the map. It appears that the RADAR Alt in the Huey (and maybe others?) is reading through the water. I learned to SCUBA in Guam back in the late 80's, and yes, the water is super clear, but I don't the RADAR alt should read through it? 😉

Thanks again.

I've noticed if off shore where my RAlt was reading 650 and the altimeter was reading 500. Also as I'm low approaching the shoreline in a hover for landing, the RAlt will read something like 10 ft and as soon as I cross the beach from the water I'll catch a skid even though the RAlt says I should have enough Alt.

Again, I'm not seeing this behavior, for me the radar altimeter seems to indicate correctly, I've now tried in multiple different locations. Without a track this will be hard to diagnose.

Everybody said: "That's impossible!" Then someone came along who didn't know that and just did it.
