AGM-114L?

so the AGM-114L is a millimeter wave radar guided hellfire (fire and forget) it was in production between 1995 and 2005 will we be getting it for the AH-64D? im interested because its name is literally long bow hellfire

But the interesting thing is that the OH-58D actually mounts it in the game, and the missile that is shot out is modeled as 114K.

Can the AGM-114L be used without the Longbow Radar? If not, we will also get the Apaches FCR since the AGM-114L is confirmed? Or will this be similar to the F-16 where we can have HARMS on stations from wich they can't be fired?

Yes. It's more limited in how it can be used, but the FCR is not a requirement.

I think it's more of a question of when we will get the FCR. I think when we actually get the aircraft, most are going to be plenty happy with SAL HELLFIRE 90% of the time.

Totally agree. Especially buddy lasing will be a lot of fun. It's just that the FCR in combo with the "K" variant would be the cherry on top of all...

In the last dev report they mentioned the 114k. So we may be getting the k before L, working on k at the moment, or simply not getting L
