fixed UFC scratchpad error when initiating ET

Boxing timeufc (hsi) will bring up the time ufc menu. If you select ET, and then press enter (which is the correct procedure to start the ET timer), the UFC will display the word 'ERROR' over the scratchpad. This is probably due to the fact the default colon position in this menu is ZTOD, and since you can't colon ET (this is probably the bug).

If you look at the available documentation (NATOPS), you will find out that ET and CD should behave almost the same, so if it's possible to colon CD (it is in DCS), it should be possible to colon ET. This will solve the issue.
