fixed ship "La Combattante IIa" missing Iran livery when part of Joint Task Forces Red

When "La Combattante IIa" is fielded by coalition "Joint Task Forces Red" it is only available with german flag / livery, instead of lybian and iranian liveries / flags.

 

This is quite important, because the "joint task forces red" are the only coalition to allow a combattante in a squadron with russian built patrol vessels.
