rwbishUP Posted September 8, 2021 Posted September 8, 2021 Wasn't sure which topic to post under, this is affecting all of my modules with targeting pod capability. I can't get targeting pods to detect JTAC designations. I have tried every module that I have, that carries a TGP. I have tried different des codes, maps, terrains, altitudes, etc.. I can use nvg and clearly see the laser, and even place the TGP on the target and LST will not detect the JTAC laser. The farthest I have been able to detect a designation via the TGP is within around 3000ft / 914m of the actual designated tgt. The laser guided mavs are working fine, they detect spots like normal. AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, ROG ASTRAL RTX5080, G.SKILL TRI Z5 64gb, 4tb M.2 x 2, WIN 11 PRO x64

pixie Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 I have never suceeded using LST with F18's ATFLIR too. I'm flying mainly Through the Inferno, where all the JTAC 9 lines stuff are automated. Laser code is defaulted to 1688 both LST and LTDR. I can't get my ATLIR locking the target using LST, even when flying straight at it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong though. Can anyone report some success buddy lasing and locking ATFLIR using LST ?
