Does anyone have a solution for this?

Near to the ground if I look to the side I get terrible stutters.  If I Alt Tab but still look through my Reverb it's smooth but obviously you can't use any controls.

The only way I have found to smooth it out all the time is to force DX11 in the Steam VR settings but the quality is reduced.

Why would forcing DX11 cause the sim to run smoothly?

How do you force DX11? I have the same issue, and would like to get rid of it, it makes DCS unplayable

On my machine, the settings utility is stored located here...

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MixedRealityVRDriver\bin\win64\OpenVRSettingsUX.exe

It does not appear to work while WMR is running. The "Force DX11 mode" option is under the "Graphics" section...

Thanks for the quick answer! Motion reprojection has to be on Motion Vector or in Auto mode?

Ah sorry, "Auto" should be OK.

I had to force reprojection due to my low-end PC.

It appears that I still have the issue of tabbing out

1) Game is focused

2) Game is tabbed out

I have worse ms response when I tab out DCS, but the gameplay is much smoother, I would say even playable.

Try to freshly reboot your PC AFTER starting WMR (headset) and BEFORE starting DCS.
