I have problem with Mossie. I can orientate with it and first few day a play Mossie as Game/Arcade. But when i fly (free mission or airfield strike - i was little in depress i bought a channel mape too, but i can´t play it, because i haven´t WW2  assests pack...so i must wait for sale.) but in to one minute i fall into stall and game over.  I pull it a full throttle, but aircraft don´t climb and crashed in to surface :(

I don´t undrestand where is bomb trigger. Not bomb fusing, but where i can set a release of bombs ?  The game don´t detect and automatic set joystick buttons ? (I have A M5 Cobra). Machine guns and triggers i set, but setting for bomb release i can´t found ?

Where i set a arcade fly model ?  i know it is a HC sim, but when is here a arcade mod, a aircraft probably don´t crashed in one minut to surface...

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

I have no experience with arcade mode. But in realistic mode, you need to advance the prop rpm as well as the throttle to get full power to climb. Think of the throttle as the car's gas pedal, and the prop rpm as the gear shift (sort of). Also, keep your airspeed high enough. Try spawning in the air before you try to take off from the ground. Don't burn out your engine though 🙂

DCS does set a few axes and buttons automatically for a new module, but they are usually garbage/duplicates and cause problems. So the first thing I do is clear each column (category) and start from scratch (except I leave the key bindings alone - they are fine). It takes some time and experimentation.

You can search the bindings list from the top-left drop-down box. For example, type "release" and it should filter the list to find the weapon/bomb release binding for you.

Game flight mode is set by ticking the relevant box in "Gameplay" tab of DCS options menu.

When enabling it, the game uses separate control assignments from the ones in simulation flight mode. Game controls are to be set in "Mosquito FB Mk VI EASY" tab of controls menu.

Bomb button is located on the right of the control stick and is bound to command called "Trigger Button (release bomb / guncam on)".

Mind you, game flight and avionics modes are poorly developed and supported in DCS and they don't work very well even in older, more fleshed out and mature  aircraft modules, let alone new ones. You might find yourself stumbling upon more bugs and issues by using these, so I would suggest advancing to simulation mode sooner rather than later, when you just get a better feeling of this sim.

Hi AI CZ, You do not require the WWII Asset pack to fly any of the Instant Action misions. They only contain units that are part of the DCS core build, available to everyone. Many thanks.
