Mission 11 Problem

Hi! Just like the start of mission 10, in mission 11 you and your wingman start in Kutaisi and there are some infantry units and a truck in the taxiway to the left. In mission 10 it's not a problem because the active is 07 and you and your wingman make a right, but in mission 11 the active is 25 so you need to go left. I can make it around the infantry and the truck in the taxiway no problem, but the wingman gets stuck.

Thanks for the report! If we've obstructed the path to 25, chances are the intent was to use 07 and something has just gotten funny with the weather.

 

I'll take a look ASAP and make sure a fix is included in the next patch.

Hello.. I have this problem also in mission 10 now everytime I try. ATC say to use rwy 25 as well and the wingman gets stuck by the infantry and truck.. any workarounds/ solutions known??? thanks

@feefifofumThanks for the effort, been having an overall blast with the Campaign (pun intended). Just to add (and probably you are already aware and took care of it), seems that all the  runway takeoff from the unintended side is for the missions located in Kutaisi (starts on mission 9 maybe?). As mentioned somewhere else, seems the wind is too low and ATC defaults to use runway 25 instead of 07.

The fix is intended for stable or to OB first? any date you can share?

Thanks Dante. Missions at Kutaisi will alternate between 07 and 25, depending on the weather.  Mission 10, specifically, had an issue with vehicles that had begun obstructing the taxiway, but 25 was the intended runway. I made the necessary adjustments to the vehicles and ensured the wingman was able to taxi. Mission 11, it seems, stilll needed some adjustment to the winds (probably an unintended change when we updated to the 2.7 weather system)

I'll take a look through all of the Kutaisi-based ops ASAP and get an update out for the next OB patch.

Thanks for these fixes. I know Missions 10 & 11 have been mentioned, but just an FYI, I experienced the same - wingman not moving from parking  - issue  in Mission 9.

Thanks Bagger, I went through all of the Kutaisi-based ops and made sure the correct runway was in use. Should be good to go as soon as the next patch drops.
