Error Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 Basically the title. Basically if you over speed the gear while taking off, when engaging in an a2a fight, the radar will lock the target but none of the air to air missiles, except the ones mounted on the wingtip, will fire. In the track provided I was using fuselage aim-120c's, aim7 sparrows on the inner left and right pylons, x1 aim-120c on the outer left and right pylons, and wingtip 9x's. Once the target is locked I try firing with both the -120c's and aim-7s, neither of which will fire. the 9x's will fire though. I waited until an in range cue is given to try to fire the -120c's and aim-7s but they still will not fire. Ive tested this in both single player and multiplayer. Track file below is in a single player mission and I have included it. bugtest3.trk bugtest.miz Systems: i7-9700K @ 4.8GHz, 32GB 3200MHz DDr4, EVGA RTX 2070 Cockpit: Valve Index + 1 Base Station Controls: VKB Gladiator Premium + TM T16k TWCS + VKB T-Rudders Mk.IV Modules: F/A-18C, F-16C, A-10C, F-15C Terrains: PG, Syria, NTTR
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted September 23, 2021 ED Team Posted September 23, 2021 Long and short of this is dont damage your gear by over speeding, I understand you maybe getting vulched at spawn but take the time to raise the gear I have reported it to the team, need to look into the real world implications, as there will be safety features. thanks Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
