resolved Alt+C mouse freelook not working in 2.7.6.13133 (Pilot-Commander)

Hi All,

 

Alt+C mouse freelook is currently not working in the Pilot-Commander seat. Works fine for the Pilot-Gunner though.

 

Checked the keybinds and they are fine -- in fact I can see the cursor appearing and disappearing when pressing Alt+C in the Pilot-Commander seat, but cannot look around with the mouse. As said above, works fine in the Pilot-Gunner station and with any other module.

 

Dont know if this happened in the latest patch or earlier, didnt fly the hind for some time prior to this.

 

Will try to attach a Track, however obviously you cannot see me pressing ALT+C (you'll have to look at the cursor to understand when I'm doing the key press).

 

Any ideas ? Thanks !

It  works fine for me, both SP and MP. Did you try repair?

• Tried repair, didnt fix the issue. 
• What I found is that for the Pilot-Commander seat visual recon mode and camera transpose also do not work ..
• Setting all hind controls to default had the effect of breaking alt+c view for the Pilot-Gunner as well.

 

This hints to some sort of control assignment conflict imho .. anyone with a similar experience ?

Solved.

 

Needed to reconfigure the mouse Axis - Camera Horizontal View and Axis - Camera Vertical View for the Pilot-Commander.

 

Mods: maybe this could be moved to the controller questions section, clearly not a bug.
