Dora Ai lethargic on Rookie

So I concider myself a WW2 warbird noob, even though I have quite a few hour racked up now. And I find Rookie 109 can be a nice challange at the start, it gave a good going aginst me as I was learing the Spitfire. I even had a very good fight against a Rookie Anton once when I was very new. 
However if I put the Dora on rookie, it basially just becomes a target drone, I played against one with my mustang, I could easly get behind it, and I used 47 .50 bring it down, but it was never really intrested in fighting me. I've now gone aginast the Dora twice with the Mossie, and after the first pass it just flies it's own thing, dosn't seem intresteting in getting behind me, so I get behind it and I shoot it down. Now you say, well it's a rookie, true but a rookie 109 tries to kill me, it booms and zooms if I lose track if it, it will get behind me and kill me, the Dora not so much.

The point isn't the diffculty, but why the Dora dosn't work on Rookie, while the Anton and 109 does work on rookie. The dora seems broken on Rookie, that's the problem.

 Sooooo.....is it broken at other skill settings? Will it perform or not? If it does or doesn't then it will determine what the bug may or may not be.

Anton works on rookie, 109 works om rookie, Dora doesn't seem to work on rookie.

That's what this is about, nothing else. My question was if other have experienced the same or if this is a known thing.

  I tried. What you don't understand is that you are asking only part of the question. 

          You haven't given anything other than other planes do it. I have asked three times now

          about other settings for the same function. It doesn't matter what other planes do or do not do.

          Can you at least provide a track or a video, or a log file?
