Masterpox Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 (edited) I found that when u drop some cbu97(10x in my case) on ground that area is under heavy fps drop even if u wait 2 min after explosion, it happends when u only look on that place and always fps drops no matter of time. This is place i droped cbu and this short movie shows how fps drops: Edited September 26, 2021 by Masterpox Text deleted....
veenee Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 I've tried the same on empty Nevada map and got the same result - quite significant fps drop even few minutes after the explosion. Seems like the more bombs you drop at the same spot, the fewer fps you get afterwards. So many modules, so little time... www.mikphotography.com
Flappie Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 It may be related to this issue: https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/274675-rocket-craters-cause-low-fps-when-near-them/ ---
veenee Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 yep, it looks like it is the same/similar problem So many modules, so little time... www.mikphotography.com
Masterpox Posted September 27, 2021 Author Posted September 27, 2021 Ok but cbu don't make craters, and it's droping frames not only from close distance.
Flappie Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 I'll have a go a it. Maybe the texture issue in this other thread is not about the texture, after all... ---
Masterpox Posted November 21, 2021 Author Posted November 21, 2021 Today i tested in su-27 RBK 500 255 30 x PTAB-10-5, 500kg CBU Heavy HEAT/AP, and result is the same as in cbu97, the difference is that this one create craters, and drop fps to the end on place is dropped (mission last 4 hours).
