Roosterfeet
Maybe someone here has figured this out. I keep running into PC games that I want to play with an xbox controller but the game would rather use my rudder pedals or throttle. Setting a preferred device in the Windows Game Controllers options doesn't fix the problem. Has anyone found a better option than unplugging flight sim peripherals? MAXsenna
Is this a Steam game?Cloudpunk wants to have ALL other controllers disconnected before I can use my Xbox one controller, but I can map other controllers and make other profiles to make "other virtual controllers". But it is a little tedious though. One can also download Nirsoft'd USB something, and virtually disconnect hardware without actually unplugging anything.Cheers! netizensmith
I found this with Dragon's Dogma and Dear Esther. My solution was a cheap, powered USB hub that allows you to switch individual ports off. I plug my stick, throttle and rudders into this and just switch them off if i play anything besides DCS. Which is hardly ever but still
