reported FCS BIT can initiate off the consent switch alone

If the FCS pushbutton on the FCS-MC BIT page is pressed without the consent switch, FCSA and FCSB show RESTRT (as it should), but the initiated BIT will then execute if the consent switch is held without pressing the FCS pushbutton on the BIT page. At completion, FCSA and FCSB will continue to show RESTRT.

 

NATOPS section 2.20.3.5.1 states the pushbutton must be pressed while the consent switch is held.
