Spawning on the CVN-70, Carl Vinson with Ramp Start results in:

-AI spawned up and running on the catapult

-Player spawned cold and dark with chocks on the catapult

-No deck crew

this is correct. The CVN-70 Carl Vinson is a very old model. 

 

CVN-74 is the better free one but only super carrier ships have crew

 

71,72,73,75 are supercarriers and have crew

Just for information (perhaps already given ...)

I don't tested about airplanes, but helicopters go through elevators 

But it is true that it is a very old model.
