Regal Eagle Posted October 27, 2021 Posted October 27, 2021 Hi Guys, sorry if this has been covered before, I have run a search but can't find it. I have spent ages setting up all the keybinds for my T16000M and throttle. They are all saved to my Spitfire IX Sim. I can start the game multiple times and still they are saved. But when I start any mission or game and get inside the cockpit, even when I select the Spitfire IX Sim controls (which are still showing and responding to my clicks in the menu) - they don't come through on to the actual game. There are no red markers stating I have used one key twice or anything else simple. I have no idea what the issue is and it has now been driving me crazy for nearly a week whilst I try and troubleshoot it.
Nealius Posted October 27, 2021 Posted October 27, 2021 I've had this happen multiple times between the Spitfire and Clipped Wing. They only have one option in the controls, only one lua file for controls, yet the bindings between them can be different. It looks like a general Spitfire issue. I have to rebind everything in-game for it to save.

Regal Eagle Posted October 27, 2021 Author Posted October 27, 2021 Nope - still didn't work. I have done a full uninstall to see if that clears it up. It didn't matter what I did set up wise, as soon as I pulled the trigger, the start up procedure runs. Even when I cleared all inputs from the hotas and throttle. So annoying.
Art-J Posted October 27, 2021 Posted October 27, 2021 A shot in the dark - are you sure you don't have game flight mode enabled by mistake? Controls set up in "sim" table won't work with that one. Also, module reinstall is unlikely to help, because it doesn't affect Saved Games location where your custom bindings are stored. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
