fallenangel Posted November 20, 2008 Posted November 20, 2008 Hello, I have everything working so far, but do have one concern...the gauges look a bit blurry and hard to read, I have them at res 1024 constant. Am I missing something? When I look at the videos and screenshots, the gauges look great and are very readable, but on my system not so much...please help!

Am I missing something? When I look at the videos and screenshots, the gauges look great and are very readable, but on my system not so much...please help! Are you running the game at 1024x768? At that resolution they may indeed be hard to to make out, in normal zoom. You can zoom in to improve readability. If the monitor and the mirrors are blury, set the Resolution of Cockpit displays in the graphhics menu to 512 or even 1024. If the cockpit in general looks blury, set Textures to medium or even high. Zorrin Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 In your graphics card check your mipmap settings. That's most likely the cause of the problem... Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.
Prophet Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Mipmap setting needs to be at least performance, one up from high performance.
Kurtz Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Ive asigned my throttle slider to zoom views, which makes viewing the ABRIS crystal clear, or just use NUMPAD+/ and NUMPAD+*
