It'll just fly ballistically to somewhere in the area around where your pipper was at the time of release. I wouldn't really bank on killing anything with it though unless it's lased in. Unguided rockets aren't very accurate, they are mostly used for suppression or marking targets in the real world.

If you don't lase its just an unguided rocket.  Soft target area weapon.  In real life, more expensive, but I don't think it matters in DCS.
