reported SCAN RAID does not maintain trackfiles while maneuvering

With L&S tracked in SCAN RAID, the trackfile will time out (according to the target aging setting, but that's another issue entirely) when ownship performs maneuvers.

Attached track demonstrates a non-maneuvering trackfile being maintained throughout a ~4G to ~6.5G turn in TWS AUTO and target aging set to 2 seconds, followed by the same maneuver performed in SCAN RAID and failing to maintain the trackfile.
