Morat Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 Has anyone else noticed the Artificial Horizon can sometimes drift so you end up flying one wing down? Is it just me? or is it correctly modelling the response to my "firm" landings? 2
Rainbowgirl Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 Same issue here. Looks like Artificial horizon is just not working correctly and can`t be relied upon. Threre is no option to cage and then uncage it.
bkthunder Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 This is a problem with all ADIs in game, no matter what module, they all drift at much higher rates than IRL. Been reported a zillion times for the F-5 as well, but same happens in the P-51, Spitfire, Ka-50 and even the F-18 standby gauge. Windows 10 - Intel i7 7700K 4.2 Ghz (no OC) - Asus Strix GTX 1080 8Gb - 16GB DDR4 (3000 MHz) - SSD 500GB + WD Black FZEX 1TB 6Gb/s
Morat Posted December 22, 2021 Author Posted December 22, 2021 Also the A-10C backup artificial horizon (can't remember the proper name) after aircraft repair. It's always cockeyed at about 30 degress of bank.
HotTom Posted December 23, 2021 Posted December 23, 2021 Ditto. But much more frequent in the Mosquito. Exceptional engineering...and a large hammer to make it fit!
