I didnt add the difference between the mig with its lights on and off because they dont change like the Su planes do. The mig just seems to be missing some stuff around the insterment pannels. But you can see that there is stuff wrong and I dont know what to do =P.

Ducky.

Your problem is you are using the new cockpit mods, either F-14d or su-33 or Insky and they use some of the mig files and su25 models. Hence you have these errors. You would have to be familiar with the cockpittexturestga.cdds file in order to fix your problem, Or do not use the new cockpit mods for the present. There is some work being done to make them compatible but it may take a while. You could go through all the temptextures for the new mods and see which ones were used from the mig and remove them. At the present there is no Mig cockpit mod. Only the SU-33. Rick has no idea what ADA did nor Rattler so asking him would not help much. Right now I would go back to original Mig and wait till there is a Mig mod availible. We may fix your problem as we are working on another pit and in doing so may fix your problem. You could fix the Mig but then you would fool up the su-27, su-33 and su-25/t. Sorry but the Russian aircraft are mixed. There is a way to solve it and it is being worked on but not ready yet.Cheers. Rattler1.Oh don't use insky mod either as it uses our files also. Just revert back to original and you should be ok till the fix is done. Let me know how you make out when you revert back. Thanks./

Ok, cool.. The only one I was really worried about and wanted was the Mig one too, as I fly that one extensively =P But Ill just go through and put it back to normal. Thanks for that and Ill be looking for the update :)

If you could get the mig one working right so it looks like the one on the front page, that would be amazing :) Like I said, I'm a mig flyer and would love to get the cockpit to look like that.

You get the f14d mod from lockonfiles.com and insert everything. It will change your su-27, su-33 and mig-29 but I want you to try something for me. I am sending you a file , save the original after you load the f14d mod.

put the one I am sending you in and take a pic. this is just a trial but I think I can get your mig working. Which mig do you fly. German or Russian , the file I am sending is Russian Mig29A. So put this file in and make a test mission, just copy one of the training exercises and save as test mig. select Russian mig as your aircraft before saving mission and make it player so you can fly it. You will get some other textures seat , no tubes but if you want them I think I can get them put back in. Put this file in bazar/world and save cockpittexturesbmp.cdds to a safe place and put my file in. You will see some space but don't worry this is a quick test. I can fix that. Get back to me with a pic when you are finished, so I can see what I have to fix. Cheers.Need e-mail, file to big. unless you know how to insert a file into a cdds file.

I fly the russian 29S mostly but I will fly the 29A if I have to. Send the file, and Ill give it a try tonight when I get home, but right now Im at work so I wont get to try it out till about 5:30ish eastern time. Email is evilducky200@hotmail.com.

Two files , one is a temptexture file that we got rid of by making it transparent. It is Pribory-15-29. Once I get the right one everything should be cool. German ok Russian just a little work and should be ok. slight gap so have to find texture that will cover over the gap. Got one in mind so I will send it all togeather for the mig29g and the mig29a and s. If I don't get a chance tonite you will get it tomorrow at latest. I like the mig too, so that is why I will get it working for you. I had to scrap mine for the F18 we are working on so now doing this for you gets mine back too. Cheers. you will hear from me.

which mod did you use the f14d or the su-33 English cockpit mod?

The kabina file has to be put in the bazar/world/shapes folder and save the old one to a safe place. the kabina-27 file. in the mod replace the original. Did you do that? Yours should look like mine. but I added textures so you don't see the space that is in mine. there should only be a slight space on the 29a /s on the right of the hud. If you can tell me exactly what you did and what mod you used. I will figure this out for you. unfortunately I need to have info so hang with me.cheers.

Oh sorry.. I used the F-14d mod and then I took those 2 files that you sent me, backed them up, and then replaced them in the bazar folder where they needed to go. I see you send me some new files there too so Ill give them a try as well. Sorry for being alittle slow on this. I usually dont place in mods like this, I just use modman most of the time. :-X

Ha, I'll have you used to wondering through these files in no time. Modding is the hard part. One goes to bazar/world and replaces the cockpittexturebmp.cdds the kabina goes to bazar/world/shapes folder one more jump up you should see a file in bazar/world that says shapes click that one on and backup and replace the kabina-su27 file. I sent you my kabina file. and some temptexture files that should work. follow my directions and make sure no other Mig29 pribory files are left, only the ones I just sent you. Keep your fingures crossed. ha ha.Cheers.

Great work guys ! But those are fictional right ?

Slovak Mig-29AS mod is based on real mig, created with real pictures from our migs, also on the ride panel and left panel are same details based on real mig- like USB port and radio panel. All textures was inserted from real pics of the mig-29AS.
