F-16 AI wingman options

- Give AI wingman order for directions and ordnance like we can in A-10C - for example "Attack my target -> with bomb -> from the south"

- Generally  "Attack my target" for ground targets currently also does not do anything.

I think that should be implemented to all modules, I would also like it if we could ask our wingman/flight their aircrafts status, fuel level and weapons remaining.

I am currently flying the F-16C.

I fully agree with the ideas posted here. Current wingmen AI is nearly as old as LOMAC.

And not only for A-G ops but also in A-A engagements.

The amount of wingman commands is highly inconsistent accross modules. Some only work in FC3, for example the ability to command Wingman #4.
