JD Swann Posted January 5, 2022 Share Posted January 5, 2022 The same thing happens to me. I usually just turn up the in game volume, which works but it's annoying. Silver101 Posted January 5, 2022 Share Posted January 5, 2022 It’s a windows setting. You need to right click on the little speaker icon on your taskbar, bottom right corner of the desktop. And click sounds. Then click on the communication tab in the new window that opens. And select (do nothing) for what the computer does to your Audio when communications are detected. Hotdognz Posted January 9, 2022 Author Share Posted January 9, 2022 We have 4 pilots trying DCS VOIP 3 or us have changed this setting to do nothing and 1 already has the Do Nothing for the sound volume set on his machine as mentioned here, it doesn't work for us our volume is still dropping when in DCS using there new VOIP.
