Charged twice for Blackshark!

I just saw that charged 2 times for Blackshark!! I purchased it on the 12/01/08 for $24.99 from 1129 WWW.LOCKON.RU CURR LOCKON.RU 74241918335847275426655, and today another $24.99 charge from The Fighter Colle lockon.co.uk ON 11/29.

 

Please let me know who I need to talk to about this!!

Consider sending an email to activation@digitalcombatsimulator.com with your login name (from DCS web site) and code of the excess transaction (you may instead attach PROTX receipt).

PROTX receipt? well I have the screen shot of the transaction from my bank account. Was the receipt emailed to me? My email that was used in the forums was wrong. Would it have been sent to that email?

I was also charged twice for the english version! I purchased the Russian version and a few days later the English version was released and I purchased it also. A day or so later, I noticed that I was charged two times. I sent an email to the activation address and was told by Mr. Alexander Sobol, that a refund was issued. That was 12/24/08. Four days later.........still no refund! What's the problem? I've never seen anything like this in my years of online purchases. Hey I love this sim....but I'm not happy paying for it 3 times! Please fix the problem with your online purchasing system. Thank you,

Cinch, Protx receipt was send to you by email. The receipt was emailed to the email adress you put in during the purchase process.
