Are there any plans for axis bindable HUD, VDI and HSD rotary knobs?

Would be nice to have axis bindings and CW/CCW bindings for rotary decoders/buttons.

Since I have a midi controller, I now have tons of rotary encoders mapped via midi2vjoy.

But sadly I discovered I cant use them. Is there a way we can develop this via scripts ?
