Nazgul 1-2 -Kjell- Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 (edited) What does the AWG9 want to tell me when the RDROT light flashes? And is that also related to the me in the PD-STT the TID display of the lock disappears? Spoiler The TID in this case only shows the direction but not the destination. draconus Posted February 17, 2022 Posted February 17, 2022 Quote The RDROT, radar on target, light indicates that the target is in the range or rate gate and is being tracked in range or rate. http://www.heatblur.se/F-14Manual/general.html#detail-data-display-ddd-and-panel Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
Nazgul 1-2 -Kjell- Posted February 18, 2022 Author Posted February 18, 2022 @draconus But the quote still doesn't explain what the difference is between the normal lighting up and the flashing of the lamp...
draconus Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 @Naquaii Can you help here? Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
Naquaii Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 The RDROT flashes in PD due to how the radar operates. In pulse it is solid. @Nazgul 1-2 -Kjell-if you don't have a track while in STT that's likely a bug and needs to be reported as such. 1
Nazgul 1-2 -Kjell- Posted February 19, 2022 Author Posted February 19, 2022 (edited) That it is because of the Funktionsweiße so in the PD-STT is probably clear to everyone^^ but the question I asked was what the AWG9 wants to tell us? [And that I could not find an answer in the manual, I hoped that someone from the community or the developers could tell me.] @Naquaii Edited February 19, 2022 by Nazgul 1-2 -Kjell-
