calculating and display the drag index in mission editor and rearm refuel page

Would be super cool to display the current drag index in the loading screen, so one can have an indication of how draggy a loadout is and which cruise altitude is suitable.

I'd like to add my vote to this. Would be super useful and seems like it would be a relatively simple thing to do.
