Alessandro1922
Hi all guys, I bought the Apache but I noticed an fps problem, let me explain: As soon as I start the simulator, in the Apache cockpit I have 50 fps, I go outside and I have about 60 fps but when I enter the cockpit again I have 20 fps. I want to clarify that the problem occurs only with the Apache, I have various modules including A10 and FA18 and I have never encountered this problem. Do you know how to solve? Thank you and have a good day 1 Monitor: LG 27GL850 UltraGear Monitor Gaming 27" G-Sync 2560 x 1440 CASE: Corsair SPEC-OMEGA RGB MB: ASUS ROG STRIX Z490-F CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600 COOLER: NZXT Kraken X53 240mm HD: 2 x Crucial MX500 1TB and 2 x Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1 TB NVMe M.2/2 TB NVMe M.2 GPU: Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER PSU: Asus ROG STRIX 750G

fjacobsen
I have the same issue as with the Hind... When I start I see 50 FPS with my Oculus Quest 2. But after a few minutes it drops to 15 FPS. Sometimes it will go back to 50 FPS after a while, other times not. Sometimes it can be fixed by Alt-Tabbing out to remove focus from DCS and the Alt-Tab back again. It´s really irittating, since it seems my computer can run DCS and the AH-64D quite well. 1 i7-10700K 3.8-5.1Ghz, 32GB RAM, RTX 4070 12GB, 1 x 1 TB SSD, 2 x 2TB SSD2 TB, 1 x 2 TBHDD 7200 RPM, Win10 Home 64bit, Meta Quest 3. NineGravity
I found the source of the problem! Set the texture to medium! High texture will cause frame drop while driving apache! 30-40fps drop! 1

Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't see the point of setting the textures to medium because the problem is only with Apache anyway. For me, the developers should fix it and I'm sure they will.
