BS Launching problem

Hello! I just bought Black Shark Russian version and I can't launch singleplayer mode. It shows opengl32.dll problem or something (see attachement). I can start multiplayer mode, but only windowed.

 

My hardware is:

 

Asus P5WDH Deluxe

Intel Core Duo E4300 1,8GHz @ 2.4GHz

Sapphire Radeon HD4870 512MB

3GB memory

WinXP SP2

Opengl? That's weird as this game is running DirectX. Maybe download latest graphics driver for your card and reinstall it.

 

PS. Windows XP SP3 is out, you might wanna get that installed.

As far as I know, game uses OpenGL for menu, editor and other GUI in 2D world.

I just installed newest Catalyst drivers 8.12 (display Viewsonic VX2235wm), but it doesn't help??

DX9C are enough for BS since it's not a DX10 game!

As you install Black Shark it should have prompted you to install latest DirectX library files also (probably one's used in game itself). I guess if you installed that as well game files should be up to date already. I don't know what else could be causing this error. It's funny you can start Multiplayer but not Singleplayer mode.

Catalyst 8.12 are latest drivers so you have the right one.

OK! It's working now but...

 

Yes! I install Win XP SP3 and it is working now but TrackIR 3 is too smooth (vector activation included), when I move my head???

 

Do you have any good configurations (files) for TrackIR???
