reported George doesn't aim correctly

George aims too high, he should be aiming at the base of vehicles and targets. Yet he doesn't. The results in him missing every single shot against shallow targets.

This is especially a problem when flying online and you can't take the shot yourself.

Also in the track is an instance where george doesn't fire even though missile is ready and in constraints.
