fixed ATFLIR not showing smoke on the ground

I noticed it twice in SP and in MP as well.  After destroying a target, I could see smoke from the wreckage when looking at it thru my canopy but no smoke raising from it when looking at it thru my Targeting Pod.  

 

Is this known?

It is a fresh bug and it's been reported, yes.
