You can enter the following frequencies into the FM radio via the man page.
87.99 -> 87.990
87.994 -> 87.994

You can not enter 87.995

You can enter 87.9949 and it will round up to 87.995

I find this to be strange.

That is indeed strange, and not accurate at all.  The max frequency that should be tunable by the FM radios is 87.975 MHz, and frequencies are only tuned in 0.025 increments.  So in this case, none of those frequencies should be tunable. 87.975, 87.950, or 87.925 should be possible, but none of those.

Definitely a bug.

The radios allow invalid frequencies to be entered. For instance the FM Radio allows frequencies that are not multiples of 250kHz and it also allows frequencies > 87.750 MHz.
