Hi All

I am starting to put together a mission, that in part will involve various units at the Observatory in Cyprus  located at Grid 'VD86', specifically 36 S VD 87615 66000. I am using this specific location as 1, it is a good elevation for Air Defences, and 2, I used to go there often as a younger person when I lived in Limassol

Basically, a convoy will be making its way North from a starting point and end up at the Observatory. If it makes it to the location, then I want it to deploy in to some form of realistic type formation, that  within the confines of the area

My question is this, is it easier to remove the convoy on its arrival and spawn in a predefined layout of units, or, try and get the convoy on arrival to spread out to some form of useful layout??

Of is it 6 of one, and half a dozen of the other?

Thanks

Toni

definitely, the former ... getting the AI to spread out on a predefined layout is much much harder, but you can try using the trigger action task "Hold to Template"
