I am following tutorial for SU-27 startup and engines do not start

Hello, as the tile says.

I am pressing Right Alt + Home and Right Ctrl + Home but engines do not start.

What am I doing wrong?

Total newbie here, please help.

Most likely your throttle is not at zero .. sometimes throttles can be uncalibrated and while they seem to be at zero, they are still actually producing an output.

Thank you very much, it did help but not fully.

I had to set throttle axis to slider and on Instant Mission it moved but on SU-27 Start Tutorial, nothing happens.

If you unplug whatever you use for a throttle, will the aircraft start? That might help to isolate the issue.

Ok, it was MY FAULT. I needed to hold a bit of Home button for the engines to start.
